Bunga F. Wijayanti
Bunga obtained her law degree from the University of Indonesia in 2009. Prior to joining HHR Lawyers, she had worked as a legal staff in a national bank and another reputable law firm in Indonesia. She joined HHR Lawyers as an associate in 2013 and promoted as a Senior Associate of HHR Lawyers since 2014.
At HHR Lawyers, Bunga has involved in an extensive practice relating to: (i) Corporate and Investment, (ii) Merger & Acquisition, and (iii) Manpower and Industrial Relations, and (iv) Real Property.
Her particular experience in structuring legal frameworks, providing legal opinion and preparing transactions documents for a broad range of transactional and transnational projects/cases within the areas of practices mentioned above has led her to handle various types of international and domestic projects, representing numerous multinational companies and Indonesian conglomerate group of companies in doing their business in Indonesia.
In Corporate and Investment works, she has represented numerous multinational group of companies in various corporate and investment works, e.g.: (i) setting up companies (domestic as well as foreign investment company), (ii) legal due diligence works, and (iii) corporate housekeeping matters.
In Merger and Acquisition works, she has represented numerous multinational group of companies and Indonesian conglomerate group of companies in various M&A and restructuring works, e.g.: (i) merger & acquisition works, (ii) spin-off transaction, (iii) asset acquisition and disposal, (iv) equity restructuring and debt restructuring, and (v) complex legal due diligence works related to acquisition & restructuring projects.
In Manpower and Industrial Relations works, she has represented numerous multinational group of companies in dealing with: (i) general termination of employment, (ii) transfer of employment, (iii) company regulations and employee manuals, and (iv) structuring and processing work and stay permit for expatriate employees.
In Real Estate works, she has represented multinational and domestic developer and real property companies in relation to land acquisitions, relinquishments, and other complex real estate transactions.

Member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI), in which she has licensed to practice general law and litigation in Indonesia as an advocate.
